 How do I order? 

There are two methods of ordering from the store. General items for delivery, or a monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions take the hassle out of your purchase, as the goods simply arrive at your door each month.  


How do subscriptions work? 

Your first pack will be sent shortly after its purchase and the next will be in the renewal guidelines.

Products will be update at the 1st of each month.

You'll then have until the 5th to amend, change or cancel your subscription and you account will be auto billed on the 10th of the month.

Please keep this in mind for gifts. 

Subscriptions will be dispatched after the 10th of each month, and goods should be received 3-5 days after dispatch, depending on your location.  Subscription packs under $150 incur a $10 shipping fee. Free shipping for subscription packs over $150. Courier tracking will be provided. 


How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Orders are expected to be packed and delivered to Sydney Metro suburbs within 24 hours.  Deliveries are made between 11am and 8pm.

Areas outside Sydney Metro areas may expect to wait approximately 3 business days from purchase to delivery. Should there be a hold up, you’ll receive notification from 

Deliveries to interstate and outer regions may take longer.  

Couriers may leave goods unattended at premises if requested. We do not supply Proof of Delivery (POD) nor will be held responsible in the case of misplaced items.  

Subscription packs are dispatched once a month.  


Can I pick up my order from a location? 

At this stage we are only offering convenient freight to your preferred address. 


How do I find the right wines to order?  

We have extensive tasting notes about each product and many have included food pairing notes to help your decision. 

Subscription packs are hand selected by our talented Master Sommeliers Franck Moreau and Adrian Filiuta. 


How do I cancel an order? 

If you need to cancel your order, provided your order has not been dispatched, please email us at and we can arrange cancellation for you. 


How much is shipping? 

We operate on a flat shipping fee of $10 for up to $150 spend. Free shipping for orders over $150. 


Can I have my goods sent to Parcel lockers and PO boxes? 

As we use couriers we unfortunately do not offer these as options.
